The project involved rebuilding and remodeling due to poor craftsmanship. Mold was remedied along the east wall, both interior and exterior, specifically the wall behind the pool. Custom shiplap was installed, along with custom-built bunk beds.

All the walk-in showers were custom-designed, and high-end finishes were used throughout the project.
